About CoitesOrdi

Canadian quality, global standards

Our Story

Founded in 1995 in Toronto, CoitesOrdi began with a simple mission: to create construction safety gear that workers would actually want to wear. Our founder, Robert Ordi, was a construction foreman who was frustrated with uncomfortable, poorly-designed safety equipment that workers would avoid wearing whenever possible.

Starting with just five employees in a small workshop, Robert designed a high-visibility vest that was both comfortable and durable. The response from local construction companies was overwhelming, and CoitesOrdi was born.

Today, we've grown to a team of over 150 skilled craftspeople, engineers, and safety experts, manufacturing a full range of construction safety outfits from our state-of-the-art facility in Toronto. While we've grown substantially, our commitment to quality, comfort, and worker safety remains unchanged.

Our Mission

At CoitesOrdi, we believe that safety equipment should never be a compromise. Our mission is to design and manufacture construction safety gear that provides maximum protection without sacrificing comfort or durability.

We're committed to:

  • Exceeding all Canadian and international safety standards
  • Creating gear that workers actually want to wear
  • Continuous innovation in materials and design
  • Sustainable manufacturing practices
  • Supporting the Canadian construction industry

Our vision is a future where every construction worker returns home safely each day, protected by high-quality safety equipment that they never think twice about wearing.
